Greg spent his twenties in Fort Worth learning flood restoration and sharpening his carpet cleaning, then brought the whole kit home to Albuquerque in 2022. Caring Carpet Care runs truck-mounted steam extraction for carpet, tile, grout and upholstery, and does carpet repair both stretching and patching.
He runs the truck himself, so the person who quotes the job is the person who does it. That is the whole reason the price on this page is the price at your door.
When he is not on a job he is usually out hiking, camping or climbing somewhere, with his dog Cooper along for it.

Flood & Mold Restoration Services
Floods happen. A broken pipe in the kitchen, a water heater that let go, an overflowing toilet upstairs. Water is all around us in our homes, and it does not wait for business hours.
With 24 hour emergency service we are there from flood to finish. We extract the water, set air movers, and walk you through every step of remediation and rebuild, working directly with your insurance adjuster so you are not the one arguing about it.

Our cleaning method is truck-mounted hot water extraction, better known as steam cleaning. The dirty water goes to a waste tank outside, not back into your floor.
- Enzyme pre-spray. An enzyme based cleaner, similar to but much safer than soap, with a basic deodorizer.
- Spot treatment, included. Spots worked by hand, grout lines scrubbed and agitated. No extra charge.
- Hot pressurized rinse. Water past 180° at 300 to 1200 psi, extracted to the truck.
- Dry in two to six hours. Two dry strokes for every wet one, so the water leaves with us.
Patches and stretching.
Pets, kids, time, an overzealous vacuum. Plenty of things damage carpet, and most of them do not mean you need new carpet.
If yours is buckling and rippling, it gets re-stretched. If something burned it or a dog got through it, we cut in a patch from a closet or a leftover roll. Send a photo when Greg texts you and he will price it before he comes out.
