Pet treatment options can vary greatly in both severity and cost, but generally speaking a pet treatment is an additional $15-30 per room. Treatment options include odor neutralizers, yellow stain oxidizers, and disinfecting agents.
All pet treatments begin with and include a free black light inspection to highlight potential problem areas.
In some more extreme circumstances, flushing or replacing the carpet padding may be necessary for odor removal. We will do our best to advise on these situations before beginning any treatment options.
Pet Treatment Costs
Standard spot/smell treatment - $10-30 per room*
Includes odor neutralizers, yellow stain oxidizer, and disinfecting agents
Pad flushing - $25-50 per spot*
Used in extreme scenarios where urine is concentrated to one area and has soaked the padding
Pad replacement - $150-300 per room*
Used in the most severe scenarios when whole rooms have affected padding and carpet replacement is not an option
